David Guetta and Sia top the UK singles tally this week with ‘Titanium.’ Guetta’s album “Nothing But the Beat” moves 16-9 on the album chart, where Lana Del Rey’s “Born to Die” reigns. A worldwide hit, I’ve already blogged about Mary J. Blige recording a demo version of the track. It also turns out that Katy Perry was offered the track as well.

The Dalton Academy Warblers has performed everything from Destiny’s Child to Katy Perry during the recent weeks. Their rendition of Perry’s “Teenage Dream” rendered them a No.1 hit on the digital chart.

The Wanted Goes Comic Relief with Gold Forever

Singing the official Comic Relief song has become a surefire way of getting a UK No.1. Since 1995, only one hit single has failed to reach the summit – The Saturdays’ “Just Can’t Get Enough.” It would come as a surprise if The Wanted was denied the No.1 position.
