According to a recent tweet, the next single to be lifted off the Born This Way set by Lady Gaga will be the RedOne production “Judas.” Currently sitting at No.1 in the US, Gaga manages to dethrone Bruno Mars’ “Grenade” in Sweden this week.
“Grenade” takes a giant leap from 10-1 on this week’s Swedish singles tally. This finally puts Bruno Mars on top in Sweden as “Just the Way You Are” peaked at No.2 in October last year. His Doo-wops & Hooligans album is yet to appear on the album chart.
Britney Spears only managed to bow at No.6 on the UK singles chart published yesterday. Bruno Mars retains the top spot with “Grenade.” The top ten included five new entries.
CHART SPOTLIGHT. According to Digital Spy, “Someone Like You” still rules the Australian singles chart. WelcheMusic has already highlighted the upcoming new hit single from Adele – “Set Fire to the Rain.” On an interesting note, Muzic Magazine highlights that the singer tops both the singles and albums chart despite never setting foot in the country.
