CHART REFLECTION. We’re looking forward to the return of Glee. WelcheMusic has already covered that Lykke Li’s music will be featured in the show, and for the first time the program will include original content. Two new songs will be released and our own favorite producer Max Martin has written one track for the new set Glee The Music: Volume 5 which was released on Monday.
According to Myspace, the opening track of Britney Spears’ upcoming album Femme Fatale has leaked online. “Till the World Ends” is written by Ke$ha and produced by Max Martin and Dr. Luke. Slated for release later this March, Spears’ latest set will include three tracks from the Swedish songwriter/producer Shellback.
The recent performance at the 2011 BRIT Awards certainly paid off for Adele whose “Someone Like You” bows atop the singles chart this Sunday. Back in January, WelcheMusic started the countdown to the release of 21. This follows “Rolling in the Deep” which peaked at No.2 upon its release. “Deep” remains on the singles chart, moving 5-4.
Haven just seen Morning Glory, one of definitive highlights is Natasha Bedingfield’s “Strip Me.” Lifted off the album with the same name, Bedingfield is yet to release it outside Canada and the U.S. The below video was remade due to its inclusion in the movie, including footage with Diane Keaton, Harrison Ford and Rachel McAdams.
